Because our guides are delivered instantly as a digital download, we can't offer the same 14-day return window we use for physical goods. If the file is corrupted, missing, or not what you expected, email us at hello@wavemadestore.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Trouble with your download?

1. Check your account under Digital Downloads first - your purchase is always available there, even if the original email got lost.

2. If the link doesn't work or the file won't open, email hello@wavemadestore.com with your order number and we'll send it again.

3. If you were charged for a product you never received access to, we'll issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Physical candles

Handmade candles currently ship within Poland only. If you're outside Poland and received a damaged or defective candle order, contact hello@wavemadestore.com with photos and your order number.
